We ask for 7 calendar days when booking our car service.
We appreciate that this may not be possible with last minute medical appointments so we will endeavour to assist at shorter notice for these appointments.

All our drivers are volunteers who kindly offer their own time to support others in need.

All lifts need to be booked in advance so that we can arrange the trip with our volunteers.
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, during our open times.

We ask if new bookings can be made after 9.30am, to give us plenty of time to manage current bookings.
