Where can I go?
Priority is given to transport for medical appointments but we also provide transport for other needs, such as going to the shops, hairdressers or to visit a friend.
Who is the Car Service For?
Our car service is for people aged 60 and over who are unable to travel independently, or anyone facing mobility or health challenges.

How much does it cost?
We do charge for our Car Service, but with a valid bus pass issued by the Malvern Hills District Council, you are entitled to our concessionary fare.

Could you spare some time to become a Volunteer Driver?
Our Car Service is extremely popular - it's offers freedom and independence to so many local people who would otherwise be stuck at home alone.

We wouldn't be able to provide this service without the help of our amazing volunteer drivers. They love helping others and find being part of our team, fun and rewarding.

How to book
We ask for a minimum of 48 working hours notice please.

All our drivers are volunteers who kindly offer their own time to support others in need.

All lifts need to be booked in advance so that we can arrange the trip with our volunteers.
